Refunds are not available for subscription-based services (e.g., website plans or email services) once the service has commenced. By subscribing, you agree to the minimum term specified in the contract (12 months for website/email plans). Early termination will not qualify for refunds.
For pay-as-you-go services or one-time purchases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not been delivered as agreed. Once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a failed payment, services will be suspended after 7 days, and no refunds will be provided for the suspended period. Any late fees incurred due to non-payment are non-refundable.
GoToWebsites reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated, and any refunds will be handled in accordance with the policy in place at the time of purchase.
